Our app requires you to have internet connectivity to be able to listen to live shows and to access our video library. Please check if your device is connected to the internet by accessing any internet browser on your device

If you are having challenges listening to the station because its not playing, close Zoelight Radio App or any other audio player, refresh your phone and reopen the app again. This should resolve any playback issues

We stream some – not all – of our shows live to our Videos page on the app and on the website. If for some reason you can’t watch the video, check if we are live by going to www.zoelightradio.com/live.

What is BufferingBuffering is the pre-loading of data. One common form of buffering occurs when your internet connection is too slow to stream a video in real time. So your device will buffer the audio/video data —and start playback when there is enough to prevent a lag. You can resolve this by 1. moving around to get a better reception or 2. close open windows on your device 3. Reset your network connectivity.
